Fruits Cut 3D has many different modes of play: Classic, Time, Pipeline, One Shot.

Classic Mode: The common mode of play is not limited to time but there will be boomes that can kill you at any time

Time Mode: Your playing time is 100 seconds and try to cut the most fruit

One Shot Mode: The mode of play is slightly more difficult than just cutting the requested fruit and ignoring the other fruits

PipLine Mode: A list of the fruit to be cut will be given and you have to slice in that order
